SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide except Venezuela, Guatemala and Syria. Products are shipped directly from Mexico or Colombia. We use the Mexican postal service, Correos de Mexico, and the Colombian postal service, 4-72, to ship all orders. All orders ship with a tracking number.  

If your country is not in the dropdown menu at check-out, contact us. When your package reaches your country, tracking is done on the national postal service website of your country. It is easy to find the information on Google but of course feel free to contact us.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. The fastest way to estimate the shipping is when you are in your shopping cart. Simply add items to your cart and the shipping cost will show on the left side ("Shipping") before checking out.

The following is the minimal charge for shipping to:

  • United States/Canada/Central America from 8 USD
  • Europe/South America from 12 USD
  • Australia/Asia/Middle East/Africa from 13 USD
  • all packages from Mexico to Mexico ship for free
  • all packages from Colombia to Colombia ship for free

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping applies in two ways only:
- Wayuu and Tayrona bags ship for free to all of Colombia;
- All other items in our webstore ship for free to all of Mexico. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do. Feel free to ask. DHL/FEDEX.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification within 12 hours of placing your order. 2 to 3 weeks later, you will receive a notification with a tracking number once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

I tracked my shipment but there is no tracking information available
We noticed that there can be an interruption in the tracking info when a package changes countries. This does not mean that the package is lost. Tracking will resume on its own after one or even two weeks. Tracking gets transferred from the Mexican or Colombian postal service website to the national postal service website of the destination country and this will be where you will be able to track your package. Search for your home country postal service website on Google or feel free to contact us at info@pazena.com for help. 

How long does it take to receive products?
It takes between 3 weeks and up to 9 weeks to receive products depending on the manufacturing time and the country you reside in. Buyers will receive their packages through their local postal service. Pazeña will send you a tracking number and a link for you to follow your package.

 Please be aware that delays beyond original delivery estimates due to customs, weather or global events are possible. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. Pazeña cannot be held responsible for delays, or lost or stolen packages. As un upgrade, we offer DHL or FEDEX shipping.

An item is missing from my shipment
If applicable, please track your order by first going into your shipping confirmation email and grab your tracking number, or log into your account at Pazeña.com. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", contact your local post office. Tracking gets transferred from the Mexican or Colombian postal service website to the national postal service website of the destination country and and this will be where you will be able to track your package.Search for your home country postal service website on Google or feel free to contact us at info@pazena.com for help. Pazeña cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

My order never arrived
Please remember that our delivery times are from 3 weeks to 9 weeks, sometimes more depending on your country. Track your order by first going into your shipping confirmation email and grabbing your tracking number, or log into your account at Pazeña.com. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim by the carrier.

What if my package is refused or undelivered?
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

What happens if I refuse a package
If you refuse a shipment from Pazeña, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pazeña. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at check-out. Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to collect your item from you local post office within the next few days. 

Pazeña shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. If the wrong shipping address is provided at check-out, please contact us at info@pazena.com immediately. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.  If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.
